Do you have a strong understanding of Reward and HR systems? Are you looking to specialise in a more analytical and project based role? Are you available immediately and looking for a temp opportunity with scope to go permanent?
Our client is a well known publishing house with a prominent position in the marketplace and a reputation for excellence. They are looking for an Reward & Systems Advisor with solid project based experience and a broad understanding of reward and an HR systems to join their HR team. Working alongside an HR Manager and reporting into the HR Director this person provides a client facing HR service in line with the wider HR strategy.
Responsibilities will include reward management and analysis, management reporting, data interpretation, systems management, understanding and relaying headcount information as well as overseeing payroll and reward benchmarking. Examples of projects which this person will be involved in may include automated pension enrolment, benefits management review and salary benchmarking.
Candidates will be either HR generalists with solid experience of Reward and HRIS management or may already be specialists with an interest in projects. All candidates must have demonstrable analytical ability and take an objective approach when dealing with HR issues. Previous experience of working with iTrent is highly desirable and previous UK based experience is essential. Candidates should come from a professional background such as media, finance or IT and must be able to communicate across all levels of a business.
