Description
My client is currently looking to recruit a competent Recruiter to join them for an 11 month interim contract. You will be supporting all corporate functions as well as many specialist functions within the organisation. You will also support UK / Ireland as well as the rest of Europe and Asia Pacific.Skills:
*Direct sourcing using ATS, LinkedIn, Job boards and networking / referrals
*Competency - based interviewing skills
*Consultative approach with the business
*Relationship manager
*Attention to detail with good administration skills
*Customer focused and responsive
*Flexible working attitude
*Process oriented
*Team player with a positive attitude
Candidate profile:
*Previous experience of working in a fast - paced environment covering a variety of roles in different regions
*Full 360 degree recruitment cycle
*In-house experience in Pharma or Agency Pharma sectors or combination of both
*Language skills would be a plus as well as international exposure across Europe
