My client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join them on a part-time basis for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Role Requirements:-
*Experience of direct sourcing and data mining of recruitment database and job boards.
*Previous recruitment experience within either agency or in house.
*Managing external suppliers and direct candidates via web applications.
*Strong customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with (senior) line managers.
*Experience of competency based interviewing
*Experience of recruiting a number of different roles across all levels and functions, eg HR, Finance, IT, Marketing
*Lead Global campaigns, this will included running a panel of global interviewers including directors
*Attention to detail
The Individual will be pro-active, decisive and confident. Each Recruiter in the recruitment team 'owns' their own individual area and is given the freedom to operate in an autonomous role without being micro managed, you will therefore need strong personal time management and prioritisation skills.
