The role of Recruiter will involve being a member of the Global Recruitment team responsible for developing and executing proactive permanent recruitment strategies in order to attract key talent in line with corporate objectives, while developing strong partnerships with internal and external customers. You will be building pipelines of qualified candidates to meet both existing and forecasted talent needs whilst demonstrating and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and continuously building strong recruiting networks, developing innovative and creative methods to source talent.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in either pharmaceutical or clinical research as well as strong knowledge of recruiting in to a specialism such as IT, Finance and HR. You will be robust, be able to think on your feet and be used to a highly regulated environment. There is a considerable amount of dealing with stakeholders in this role so it is imperative that you are able to demonstrate a credible and articulate understanding of the business areas eventually.
