Do you have a background of recruiting either in-house or agency for Pharmaceutical?? Currently recruiting for a Recruiter with a strong background of working in Pharmaceuticals in either in-house or an agency environment for a global organisation in Basingstoke. The role will be for 11 months and will involve managing the permanent recruitment in the UK predominantly and some work in Europe. The areas that this role will recruit in to will involve speciality Pharma, Human Genetic Therapies and the corporate functions including Finance, Legal, HR and IT. The successful Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment from kick off to offer including managing agency / consultancy agreements as well as partnering with the internal hiring managers and vendors. The ideal candidate will be a relationship manager who has strong competency based interviewing skills, can be consultative with the business and is used to direct sourcing using methods such as Linked in, Job boards, networking and in house systems. Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment covering a variety of roles in different regions is necessary.
