Part Time Recruitment Administrator - Leicester - 8.50 p/hour - Temp to Perm5 hours per day - 25 hours per weekOur client, a leader in their field and growing organisation, have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join their highly respected and growing recruitment team with a successful direct sourcing strategy. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for providing the business with a pro-active and efficient end to end recruitment administration service.The Role* Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager * Ensure Line Managers adhere to the recruitment policy, process and employment legislation* Produce offer letters and employment contracts in an accurate and timely fashion* Conduct referencing in line with the company referencing policy* Obtain valid 'Right To Work' documents and ensure compliance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006 * Ensure Line Mangers comply with the Authority To Recruit process* Advertise vacancies internally and externally * Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Excel recruitment tracker * Screen and shortlist applications against essential criteria* Arrange interviews for Line Managers* Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation* Prepare accurate and timely management information and recruitment activity reports* Generate and implement ideas for continuous improvement to processes, service and cost savings* Ensure regular and effective communication with Recruitment Advisor, Recruitment Manager, HR Business Partners and the wider HR Team by escalating process / service issues* Be the first point of contact for all recruitment inquiries and ensure telephone and email inquiries from internal and external customers are responded to within 24 hours* Provide a positive candidate experience to both internal and external candidates at all times throughout the recruitment process* Provide Line Managers with accurate advice and guidance on recruitment and selection best practice, process and legislation* Utilise effective time management and prioritisation tools and techniques to provide an efficient serviceThe PersonEssential requirements:-* Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment* Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate level* Energy, drive and proactive with a sense of urgency* Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to build and develop strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders * Strong verbal and written communication skills* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills* Strong planning and organisational skills* Ability to work independently to deadlines and under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detailDesirable requirements:-* In house or agency recruitment administration experience in a similar role supporting the end-to-end recruitment process* Previous Recruitment or HR administration experience* Knowledge of relevant employment legislation* Knowledge and experience of using an Applicant Tracking System * Experience of producing offer letters and employment contracts, conducting referencing and obtaining valid Right To Work in the UK documentsFor more information please contact Mark Dayman at Search HR immediately on or Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
