We are looking for a driven and ambitious recruitment advisor who can work to deliver an internal end to end recruitment process for a large distribution centre. This role plays a key part in their recruitment strategy and give you the opportunity to have an influential part in the growth and development of the HR department. The business is keen to find an individual who can develop and manage the recruitment process for specialist roles across Warehousing, Distribution and Customer Services, providing exceptional candidate management at every stage of the process. Key Accountabilities: Develop attraction strategiesManage targets and KPI'sManage and develop the interview, selection and offer processGive feedback on interview performance to hiring managers and candidatesPost vacancies on internal and external job boardsActively source candidates through databases such as LinkedInSet up and organise applicable screening and testing as requiredPlan, run and manage assessment eventsManage Job fairs, open days and other resourcing eventsCoordinate 'posts' and update social media tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc.Manage the offer and new starter process and collation of required documentation Key Skills: Stakeholder ManagementSHL or equivalent psychometric testing qualifications and experience Online vacancy management and experience of using job boardsComprehensive social media experienceAbility to manage and prioritise own workloadFull UK driving licenceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent IT Skills with experience in Microsoft Office SuiteGood understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
