We at Reed HR are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Resourcing Advisor for a global development organisation based in Sutton. This is a 4- 6 week temporary role therefore the ideal candidate will need to be available immediately or at very short notice. There is a distinct possibility that this role could develop in to a permanent position, should the successful candidate be a good fit for the organisation.Job description:As Resourcing Advisor your role will include the following duties and responsibilities;. Responsible for supporting the business by successfully sourcing the right candidates for different international projects.. Assisting project teams with interviews and candidate assessments.. Management of the sourcing and screening process. . Attending management meetings to understand the business needs in relation to resourcing requirements. . Determining whether particular roles should be advertised externally and preparation of job adverts to be posted utilising various sources in order to get a varied pool of candidates for specific roles. . Responsible for negotiating rates with contractors in co-ordination with the Business Partner. . Drafting and issuing contracts. . Client/candidate management - speaking with contacts to maintain and develop a professional business relationship. . Database management - updating records and adding documentation to the database. . Responsible for setting up engagements and maintaining the activity status throughout the resourcing process. Person Specification- The desired candidate will be confident and comfortable contacting and communicating with candidates across the globe. - A passion for helping others is a desirable trait. - Internal recruitment background beneficial. - Experience utilising LinkedIn to post job adverts and source star candidates is desirable. - Experience within account handling/candidate management would be beneficial. - At least 1 years' experience within recruitment or resourcing is essential. - Experience of travelling, voluntary or aid work would be advantageous to your application.
