About The Role A Recruitment Advisor (Legal) is required to join a market leading insurer and legal services provider DAS in Bristol As the Recruitment Advisor (Legal) you will be: Responsible for the effective delivery of recruitment services into DAS Law by providing expert operational recruitment support into the Personal Injury, Property and Contract, Employment and Legal Advice departmentsWork to raise the profile of the Recruitment and wider HR team within the businessProvide a credible, approachable and highly knowledgeable point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates and third party suppliers in regards to the recruitment requirements across the businessBuild and maintain expert levels of knowledge of all areas of the DAS Law businessProvide a seamless and positive candidate experience whilst ensuring robust and appropriate screening and assessment is in place About You As an experienced Recruitment Advisor you will have Previous experience of recruiting high volume fee earning roles within a legal environment preferably within an in-house roleExperience of managing the full end to end recruitment process within senior/ specialist hiring models, including direct sourcingPrevious experience of using applicant tracking systems or online recruitment systemsExperience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislationStrong experience of direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques to include identification of passive talent poolsExcellent organisation and planning skillsThe ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailThe ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking and meeting deadlinesHighly skilled in understanding, empathising and delivering against stakeholder needsBe a positive agent for change - driving through and owning new ideas and initiatives About The Company DAS Law is part of the DAS UK Group, which in turn forms part of the Ergo Group.
