We are currently looking to recruit a competent Recruitment & Assessment Administrator on a temporary contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is keen to move into a recruitment and customer service focused environment. We are currently looking for an organised and efficient individual to join our award winning team.
Working on site as part of the Capita 'Essex Recruitment Team' you will play a vital part in our award winning social care team by supporting the recruiters with the day to day administrational duties.
The role covers a variety of administrational tasks however also a fantastic opportunity to develop yours skills into learning the role of a recruiter.
* Administration support to the recruitment team
* Co-ordination of interviews
* Processing offers
* Attend client assessment centres
* Contacting relevant candidates and assessing their suitability
* Dealing with candidate enquiries
* Answering telephone calls
To apply for this role you must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Recruitment experience is not essential but will be an advantage.
