Role title - Recruitment and HR Shared Services Manager

Location - West Bromwich

Contract - Permanent

Salary - Up to £36k + Car Allowance

Our client, an award winning supplier to the NHS, is currently recruiting for a Head of Recruitment and HR Shared Services to work closely with the business as a relationship manager. Your role will be to apply specialist recruitment knowledge to define the organisation's core needs and focus on ensuring they take a commercial approach to recruitment. As well as this you will assume responsibility for the management of HR, Recruitment and Training administration and will manage a shared service administration team.

You will manage the end to end recruitment cycle making use of the latest and best recruitment technologies available while developing the succession plan and ensuring there is a steady influx of new talent to the business. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and develop a corporate wide Recruitment plan that serves the needs of the business while supporting them in planning and implementing internal staff restructures. You will need to review and adapt current working HR processes and practises to ensure the HR function continues to meet the changing needs of the business and to create and implement new processes, as required.

You will need a proven track record of commercial awareness and of hiring at all levels, including negotiations of senior level appointments. You will be solutions oriented, able to interpret business issues and develop creative approaches to addressing them.

  • Analysing people & workforce planning methods
  • Putting in place the best recruitment methods
  • Ensure consistency across the company, ensuring that best practice is upheld
  • Utilises best practice tools and technology
  • Staying abreast of market practices and trends
  • Implementing Talent management processes
  • Managing senior level recruitment
  • Advising on assessment approaches for differing levels of roles
  • Managing PSL and Agency relationships
  • Performance manage and develop the recruitment and centralised admin teams
  • Recruitment subject matter expert for all areas of the businesses

This role will involve extensive travel between sites.
