Role involves: Manage and co-ordinate Graduate recruitment and internship recruitment (milkround), liaise with selected universities and negotiate venue prices. Ensure all the correct fair and hotel bookings are made. Manage design process with Graphics department to ensure all adverts meet global marketing requirements. Evaluate the previous year's junior consultant recruitment model and devise ways to improve activities in order to attract higher calibre graduates. This includes evaluating all new recruitment tools (such as apps) being used by competitors and new tools being introduced to the recruitment market. Manage recruitment agencies contracts. Select most relevant candidates referred by agencies to be interviewed. Organise interviews and feedback sessions. Responsible for the administration of Taloom (company recruitment database). Ensure the database is kept up to date and all applications are acknowledged. All recruitment admin until the point of making an offer. Oversee the distribution of Roland Berger publications (ThinkAct) through email and post. Manage and update Partner client distribution lists. Monitor global publications being published and distribute to the relevant clients (1-2 per month). Analyse relevant business topics/news that can be considered in internal publications that are later distributed to clients. Participate in monthly conference calls with international marketing team to discuss current topics and marketing activities happening both locally and internationally. Be the main point of contact between the London office and Germany marketing team. Manage media publicity. Update UK website and UK social media. Organise events for Management team when promoting publications/annual engagements. Personal specifications: Must have a high standard of education with a 1st or 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top university preferably with some focus on human resources and/or marketingSufficient experience working for a professional services organisation in the recruitment department. Ideally familiar with 'Milkround'.Strong communication skillsGood time management and decision making skillsSelf motivated Please apply with a CV and cover letter.
