Are you interested in Recruitment and the health and social care sector, if so a fantastic client based on Hagley Road, Birmingham are curretly expanding their workforce with some exciting apprenticeship opportunities.
We are currently seeking Apprentices to train and learn the Recruitment role, whilst at work you will also gain an Apprenticeship in Sales starting from a level 2 qualification.
We are looking for apprentices with an eye for detail and sales driven to join their busy recruitment office.
You will be supporting their business function by performing the following duties:
* -Resourcing Candidates and building relationships with candidates
* -Conducting initial screening with candidate, including completing a question checklist
* -Checking for suitable references and establishing whether candidates have current DBS checks in place
* -general admin such as data in out and posting adverts will also be part of this job role
In return we offer an exciting training opportunity with real career prospects and progression. You can expect to be on the National Minimum wage for your age group before you complete your Apprenticeship.
Upon start you will be advised of your monthly target. If you exceed this you will be given 10% commission on the extra value brought in.
This is also an immediate start for the successful apprentice
