Protocol has an interesting Rec-2-Rec opportunity as we are looking to recruit to the position of Recruitment Branch Manager for our client based within the West Midlands.
As Recruitment Manager you'll be responsible for contributing to company profitability through the effective management of the office. You will develop sales opportunities within the core business areas and maximise business with existing clients as well as develop and manage a team of consultants, you will maintain a positive team environment through an approachable and motivational style. You will also be expected to take an active role, in conjunction with your Operations Director or other appointed person, in the selection and recruitment of staff members.
You will be responsible for high levels of customer service to ensure SLA's and KPI's are consistently achieved.
You'll be the inspiration behind your recruitment team, setting clear objectives and monitoring results, developing an energetic working environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
*Recruitment consultants provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
*Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies;
*Visiting clients to build and develop relationships;
*Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment;
*To win new business by driving the sales activity through sales conversion, dealing only with Decision Makers and Hiring Managers within the target sectors
*Develop and implement the company sales strategy both short and long term
*Responsible for creating a vibrant and dynamic working environment for your team
*Take responsibility for overall targets, budgets, P&L and SLAs
*Lead and monitor the overall delivery and share good practice recruitment processes.
*Drive Recruitment Consultants to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
*Liaise with senior contacts to develop and maintain good client relationships
*Comply with strict legislation that governs our industry.
*Ensured continued candidate attraction, on both a temp and perm basis.
*Manage an effective online, social media presence
*Identify process improvements through regular reviews and feedback
*Promote a strong brand locally, ensuring that other Recruiters have a desire to work for the company.
*To ensure ACT is effectively used by the team and monthly reporting is done.
