Main Responsibilities: Responsible for new business development, sales targets and account management through effective use of CRM;Arranging and attending appointments at the appropriate contact with the aim of Securing Preferred Supplier status with target accounts.Consulting with first and second tier contractors and project managers, resource and HR departments to establish procurement routes for staffing providers.Establishing new relationships with target clients.Managing pre-qualification process and pre-tender consultation for information and tender enquiry generation;Attending regular meetings with targeted prospects to win business.Establishing SLAs and cascading information throughout the businessWorking with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of serviceManaging own workload through key performance indicatorsReporting regularly to senior management. Essential Requirements:Recruitment sales experience essentialMust have a proven track record of developing a business.Must be financially astute and understand the relevance between turnover & profit.Must be responsible, loyal and professional in all aspects of the business.Must be outgoing and be able to forge relationships both inside and outside the company.Must be able to attend client functions outside of traditional working hours.Maintain database of prospective customers recording contact history and future activities;Plan and prepare PowerPoint presentationsWillingness to create opportunities via sales calls and appointment booking.Proven and measurable track record of sales accomplishments or high potential for success in sales that can be measured;Effective oral and written communications skills;Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Offices;Active listening skills;Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively;Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately;Attention to detail.Highly motivated and willing to progress careerAbility to learn quickly Able to meet deadlines.Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills. Time management. Ability to work on own initiative. Work well within a team. Good IT skills.Target driven.Confident and tenacious. Desirable Requirements:Whilst construction experience would be advantageous should the candidate demonstrate successful experience in other business section, this would be taken into account.Dynamic in approach, proactive in all areas and have the ability to motivate others.
