A leading, well-known, infrastructure organisation is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to join their newly established team. This role is very hands on and involves direct sourcing and working with very demanding stakeholders therefore previous in-house recruitment experience, ideally in more than one organisation, is essential.**Candidates applying to this role with no previous in-house experience will NOT be considered for this role**The role;-Working with, and recruiting for, the commercial arm of the business-Managing approximately 9 roles simultaneously, all based in different locations and with different skill sets required-Building relationships with very demanding, and sometimes difficult, stakeholders up to director level-Thinking creatively and outside of the box to deliver innovative ideas to recruitmentThe person;-Previously worked in an in-house recruitment role, ideally in a business partnering capacity-Ideally have experience recruiting for commercial roles such as Commercial Managers and Directors within an engineering organisation-Able to demonstrate 'creative thinking' of innovative ideas-Previously managed up to 9 live roles, all different in their requirements and locationsIf you are looking for your next role and meet the above criteria, please apply with your CV.
