Recruitment Consultant - Castlerock Recruitment Group

A permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join national healthcare recruitment organisationCastlerock Recruitment Group based in St Helens, Merseyside. You will be joining a dynamic team, supporting out of hours recruitment and placements.

The role will include but not limited to;

*Provide initial telephone support to staff and clients
*Co-ordinating requirements
*Booking of staff into requirements
*Obtaining staff availability
*Covering service breakdowns
*Providing service information
*Liaison with colleagues in Castlerock's network of offices
*Providing a concise and accurate handover to the network of offices

The role can be high pressured as the requirements are in some cases to ensure vulnerable adults and / or children receive a care service. Therefore it is essential that applicants are empathetic, caring, excellent planning skills and remain calm when presented with difficulties. Initial training and ongoing support is provided to all new recruits.

You will be placing staff into assignments within NHS, Nursing Homes, Community and Retail sectors ensuring correct skill mix of staff and ensuring at all times a high quality service is provided. Candidates wishing to apply ideally must have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and time management skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment to strict deadlines.

Candidates need to be able to commit to the following patterns of work 7pm - 10pm Monday to Friday and weekends between the hours of 7am - 10pm to ensure high delivery of service is maintained during this period.
