Purpose of Role A recruitment consultant will be at the forefront of the company's image to new and existing candidates, assisting with their current and future need for locum work. Each locum professional must receive first rate customer service and honest evaluation of the market place to ensure candidate retention and long term relationship building. Part of the role may also include speaking with key decision makers or rota co-ordinators to extract shifts or long term bookings for locum professionals, whilst also cross selling into different area of specialism of each client. Also negotiating charge rates, booking confirmations, availability spec, diary management and overall account management duties.
