Recruitment Consultant - The Company:
Jems Recruitment are expanding the existing team due to success and growth across the business. We are looking for candidates who are keen to develop a long term career in recruitment and to progress with support and training from senior team members. Are you looking to move away from the targets of traditional agencies into a Consultant's role with more autonomy? Are you looking to earn uncapped commission? Do you enjoy true account management? Are you looking for a company where you can have real input? If the answers are yes and you have some understanding of working in a recruitment agency, this may be the right role for you. We are very different to traditional agencies, offering a boutique style service and our priority is to fill vacancies with the right candidates, building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, as well as offering advice and guidance. Quality is paramount. There is opportunity to work on either the permanent or temporary side of the business so we are able to consider candidates from any recruitment background, an outgoing and positive attitude towards work is key.

Recruitment Consultant - The Role:
- Account management and filling existing vacancies
- Resourcing and interviewing candidates and submitting CVs
- Organising interviews, gaining feedback and negotiating at offer stage
- Working with a range of vacancies at all levels
- Building client and candidate working relationships, including attending client meetings
- Use of social media including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, writing specialist industry blogs
- Creativity to find new avenues to advertise and gain high calibre candidates for your roles

Recruitment Consultant - The Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be logical, with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers
- An inquisitive nature
- Some knowledge within recruitment as well as experience of the full cycle ideally, although not essential
- Ability to have business conversations at all levels
- Excellent team player
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Passion to succeed
- High morals and work ethic
