What is recruitment?
It is a challenging career but carries the highest rewards professionally and more importantly financially. This is a career that requires being on the phone anywhere between 2 to 3 hours daily, speaking with candidates, clients and prospective clients.
We have 5 recruitment teams that are all rapidly growing but there are common aspects of the job in each team, these include: candidate sourcing, candidate interviewing, lead generation, gathering market information, business development, account management, building and maintaining good working relationships with both candidates and clients
