Essential experience needed: - At least 1 year experience of working for a recruitment agency dealing with industrial temps staffing. -Experience of sourcing candidates via advertisement, networking and job board search. - Knowledge of client management within recruitment, both face to face and over the telephone. - Experience of telephone based business development. Although this is a warm desk our client will require you to actively source new clients to ensure desk growth. - A professional and friendly working manner.
