Our well established Maintenance Division based in our London office in St Paul's is currently looking for a recruitment Consultant to run the Maintenance trades and labour desk they have available at the moment.

After a successful year, that has seen our top billers going to Marbella, trips to Dublin, a great awards ceremony, Directors Lunches, a memorable Christmas party and many fund raising events Daniel Owen are now in a busy period of growth and expansion.

This is a warm desk with a strong existing client base and the successful applicant with have the ability to maintain and grow the current client relationships, whilst actively seeking out and developing new business, in a 360 recruitment role.

This desk covers the UK and home counties and offers the flexibility to work on both permanent or temporary placements.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous recruitment experience, though relevant site experience in one of the sectors below will also be considered
* Possess knowledge or experience in a relevant sector, particularly maintenance, trades and labour, construction, warehousing or industrial, rail or civils
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a busy team environment
* Demonstrate determination to win new business and build new client relationships
* Be goal orientated and target driven
* Work with energy and pace and set personal goals and achieve them
* Be highly motivated, with the ability to self-manage
* Have a positive, enthusiastic and open outlook, with excellent communication skills and an accommodating and helpful approach
