This is an autonomous opportunity in Birmingham to take on a small permanents team and build the business. These are warm desks with plenty of PSLs, warm leads and vacancies from day one. You will develop business opportunities out on site, maximising business with existing clients and winning new business (restaurants, hotels, stadia, conference centres, cafeterias, wedding venues, public sector organisations, events businesses and corporate clients). You'll be joining an established business with plenty of PSLs so expect a business mix of 70% existing clients and 30% new business.
