We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Nurse Plus Permanent Division.
As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include;
.Head up the Nurse Plus Permanent Division
.Organising and responding to emails
.Undertaking client visits
.Performing daily sales call and hunt hunting
.Business development and generating new client's
.Keeping adverting on the job boards up to date and accurate
.Answering the phone and dealing with queries effectively and swiftly
.Maintaining candidate and client files electronically and using the paper filling system
.Re-sourcing information to create new opportunities
.Managing the interview procedure from start to finish, liaising with all parties involved to ensure a seamless and professional service;
.General administration and other ad hoc duties
.Placing persuasive adverts
.Interviewing candidates via telephone and face-to-face
.Fast and efficient placements of staff to meet the client's needs
.Maintenance of records and remaining compliant with legislation and contractual requirements
.Dealing with complaints, including correct reporting and recording
.Key account management
The Recruitment Consultant will head up the Nurse Plus Permanent Division and be the pinnacle point of contact for the in house and external recruitment across the UK.
The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:
.Previous experience working on perms desk
.Proven track record in sales and customer service.
Hours: This is a permanent/ full time position. It will include covering an on call service.
Ideally we are seeking a candidate who can begin immediately and hold a driver's license.
