Due to increasing client demand, we are seeking an additional talent sourcer to join our recruitment team, to help significantly expand our existing talent pool for interim and permanent bid support personnel. As a Bid Perfect recruiter, you will be searching for and engaging with the brightest talent in the world of bids and tenders. You will work closely with our wide range of clients to match their needs with candidates whom you will screen, qualify and interview. We would like to talk to you if you are looking for a new role and are an experienced recruiter. This role requires a good understanding of what it takes to source talent for niche and complex commercial functions and to manage key clients. You will need to demonstrate that you have a successful recruitment track record and an ability to work at speed to supply our clients with candidates and, when necessary, to interview applicants outside core office hours.Whilst you will be given active clients to manage, we also expect you to be willing and able to develop business with new clients in time. You will be primarily based at our office in central London but with flexibility to carry out a proportion of work at home. Ability to travel to client offices for business development meetings is also a requirement, and your visits may be anywhere in the UK, initially accompanied by a colleague. All travel expenses are covered. Other key personal requirements:. Outstanding communication skills.. An understanding of the world of bids and tenders will be an advantage.. Ability to build trust and empathy with clients and with candidates.. Excellent written English and ability to write job specifications from scratch having interviewed the client regarding their expectations.. Familiarity with working via LinkedIn and other web-based platforms.. Excellent MS Word and Excel knowledge.. To contribute to company blogs, updates on our LinkedIn group and to use a variety of job boards.. You will be working with our CRM platform, populating with new clients and candidates and updating information as required.
