KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop strategy for the recruitment of talent
- Gain a good understanding of business requirements and required capability with the support of business leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Develop a cost effective method of sourcing with a clear preference for direct sourcing.
- Where agency recruitment is required; identify the most appropriate and effective providers, negotiate the service provision, build relationships and ensure that a good service is provided.
- Own the careers website ensuring it is kept up-to-date (both content and functionality), and effectively communicates with potential applicants
- Process owner for recruitment processes across the Group ensuring that processes are effective, efficient, well communicated and are implemented consistently.
- Owner of selection material ensuring that it is fit for purpose.
- Establish and continuously improve the on boarding process for new recruits.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of the latest recruitment techniques externally through networking and research and apply them as appropriate.
- As a member of the HR/ Group Leadership Teams input to company-wide initiatives.
