Our client is a leading Professional Services firm providing, amongst others - Audit & Assurance, Business Risk, Corporate Finance and Performance Improvement advice to the Consumer Markets, Real Estate, Technology and Media Sectors, to name but a few. As they embark on a large change agenda, there is an opportunity for a Recruitment Account Manager to join at a crucial stage of a global transformation project.
The purpose of the experienced hire recruitment team is to identify and attract the best talent in the market. People with the capability to deliver strategy, grow business and who have a diversity of perspective to drive quality thinking. The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for hiring the best people, in the quickest time possible for the least cost whilst not compromising quality.
The successful candidate will be degree level educated, preferably with CIPD and psychometric qualifications. They will be expected to have previous specialized experience as an in-house hire recruiter in a professional services firm at an account management level, as well as experience interviewing with the knowledge to coach managers in effective interviewing. Desirable attributes are experience in resource/workforce planning, managing assessment centre's and competency based interview training.
Previous experience of a Partnership / Professional Services environments is preferred, as the ability to operate and be successful within a global matrixed environment.
