Our client a market leader in professional services is looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor/Manager for a maternity cover of 6 to 9 months. This individual can be located in either of their London or Guildford based offices but you will be required to travel between the 2 offices in the working week (Travel will be expensed by the client).

Managing a team of 7 who are spread over the 2 office locations, you will be required to mentor, advise and oversee the recruitment function as well as rolling your sleeves up and getting involved with the various projects, searches and relationship management required across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team leader from an RPO/In-House or Agency background looking to build on their team management, resourcing and project management skills for one of the most reputable firms in the professional services space.
