The Background

A leading FMCG currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to provide an effective and efficient recruitment service to the site. The position is currently for 3-6 months, although it may become permanent.

The Role

Working within a pro-active HR team, the successful candidate will be involved in co-ordinating recruitment activities for the site. Day to day activities which will include:

Developing and implementing existing recruitment strategies
Communicating with hiring managers, recruitment agencies and potential employees on recruitment activities.
Arranging interviews, assessment centres and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Assisting in determining resource requirements across the organisation and developing clear recruitment plans to meet those requirements.
Supporting the HR team in project work.

The Person

Available to start within the next month, the ideal candidate will have experience of strategic in house, high volume recruitment within a large and blue chip organisation. You may have previously recruited within HR, R&D and Marketing and will be able to demonstrate developing a successful in-house recruitment strategy.
An excellent communicator and influencer, you will be commercially focussed and creative in your approach to recruitment with the desire to take up a challenging yet rewarding role.
