This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager, with legal experience, to join a reputable law firm. The successful candidate will have sole responsibility and ownership of the recruitment function from working with the business to define strategy to the coordination of interviews and maintenance of agency relationships. Essential skills: Proven experience of working successfully in a senior recruitment role within a legal environment, managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle. Proven experience of dealing with Partners, Fee Earners and Support staff of all levels. Up to date interviewing skills as well as the ability to train managers in CV screening and interview techniques. Up to date knowledge of relevant recruitment related legislation. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal and external. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong persuasive and questioning skills. Creative style with proven problem solving experience. Able to work well under pressure, taking the initiative to deliver and achieve results. A willing team player. Excellent organisational skills and administrative ability. Proven experience of prioritising tasks accordingly.
