Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: London

Looking a Recruitment Officer position for a leading Accountants and Business Advisors in London?

  

The Role

  • Plan and conduct end to end recruitment activity up to Senior Manager level in London and other offices as required
  • Manage the recruitment process from offer stage through to the first days induction
  • Support the Recruitment Manager in ensuring hiring managers are correctly using competency based interviewing techniques and completing interview notes correctly
  • Reduce agency dependence and therefore costs by actively utilising direct attraction strategies, ie job boards, social networking, referral scheme

The Candidate

  • Educated to degree level
  • Any further HR or recruitment/selection qualifications an advantage but not essential
  • Will be able to develop professional relationships quickly with senior members of staff
  • Must have significant and demonstrable experience of hands on in-houserecruitment of professionally qualified staff gained within a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team Player
