Are you an experienced on-site Recruitment Account Manager with a proven background in contract recruitment?
Experis, part of Manpower Group, has won a new MSP agreement with a Professional Services client in Abingdon. We are seeking an On-site Account Manager to be responsible for the strategic direction of the account and the relationship management with key Hiring Managers and stakeholders. This is an integral role involving pure stakeholder management to build strong working relationships and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, and grow our service offerings maximising the number of placements made by Experis. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of contract and temporary recruitment services.
Based on our client's site, you will maintain a stakeholder map ensuring all relevant decision makers or line managers are met regularly with clear strategic and tactical plans to maximise opportunity and to ensure you have full knowledge of the client network. Building your relationship with both the client and contractor populations, you will be able to predict and plan for future requirements and business opportunities. You will also create and update Account Management plans to be presented regularly to senior management and other colleagues to ensure pro-active resource planning.
Additionally, you will be responsible for management of the contractor population, resolving any issues promptly.
Process compliance is key to this contract, and you will need to demonstrate adherence to SLAs, KPIs and all required contractor vetting checks etc by collating agreed management information on a regular basis.
You will have a demonstrable track record in contract/temporary recruitment and a clear understanding of the fast pace and challenges of this environment with large, complex clients. Your account management experience will include the proven ability to manage client meetings/presentations and complex situations, including the focus on Quality Assurance.
Strong IT skills are a must, as you will be using and analysing applicant tracking systems and in-house applications on a daily basis.
