Liaising with recruiting managers in a national network of sites you will have day-to-day responsibility for delivering engaging recruitment campaigns, developing talent pipelines and creating networks and relationships with third party suppliers and training organisations. We're open to new ideas and ways of doing things and in supporting our Recruitment Advisor, you'll also have scope to have a huge impact in continuously improving and developing our recruitment strategy. What are we looking for in you? Realistically, it's a must that you have previous experience of delivering volume recruitment campaigns in a similar role, ideally in a contact-centre or driving environment;You can demonstrate experience of using a variety of competency and behavioural interview techniques to assess candidates;You can demonstrate experience of managing the administration of recruitment campaigns from short-listing through to offer, including writing contract documentation and e-files;Be an effective and experienced networker, socially confident and credible when speaking with candidates, recruiting managers and senior stakeholders;Have an appetite for identifying, developing and implementing ideas to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate and manager experience;Have an organised, methodical approach to managing your own workload using well developed administration and IT skills;A commitment to developing an excellent understanding of our services, systems, customers and partners; What can we offer you?
