The role of the Resourcer is responsible for the delivery of the resourcing solution of the nurse staff bank for Imperial Hospitals.This a fantastic opportunity to help shape and develop this brand new high profile contract win within Reed Talent Solutions. If you have previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or a customer facing role as well as extensive telephone communication experience, then this could be the perfect career opportunity for you. The Role: As a Resourcer on the client site you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the resourcing solution delivered against the contractual agreement. Working in accordance with processes and procedures established by the client, you will be accountable for ensuring that all of the administration and data management tasks associated with the effective management of an outsourced recruitment contract are completed to the established standard including:? Answering incoming calls from candidates, clients, the Reed Specialist Recruitment network of offices or third tier partner suppliers? Creating bookings on appropriate databases? Recording data on relevant systems and databases? Producing management information as required? Ensuring that all paperwork completed in the recruitment process meets the quality standards establishedThe Resourcer will therefore be required to work closely with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process including candidates, offices across the Reed Specialist Recruitment network and partner suppliers (where relevant). The Resourcer is accountable for successfully managing their own workload and ensuring that all tasks completed adhere to established Service Level Agreements and to agreed quality standards.The Person: To be successful in this role you will need the following experience: . GCSE Maths and English or equivalent (grade C or above). Experience of working in a customer or client facing role, or administration in a process driven environment. Experience of extensive telephone communication, ideally in a call-centre environment. Proficient in the use of a range of computer packages, including MS Excel, MS Word and databases.
