Recruitment Resourcer / HR - up to 19k Location: Sevenoaks, Kent Active Assistance Group are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their Recruitment Team in Sevenoaks, Kent This role would be perfect for a candidate looking to start out in recruitment /HR as full training will be given. A keen interest in social media would be an advantage in order to help us to promote our social networking sites for recruitment purposes. As a Resourcer with Active Assistance you will act as an 'Account Manager' for your assigned clients and you will handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to; liaising with clients, advertising the roles, interviewing potential candidates and sourcing new talent. Hours: 9.00am - 5:30pm. Monday to Friday. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Arrange local interviews ensuring suitable venues.Identify suitable advertising media for the roleDesign appropriate advertisementsManage the posting and placement of these advertisements in both electronic and print media where appropriate.Receive all applications and undertake initial telephone interviewingRight to Work checks, following HR processes and checks at all timesCreate and maintain Staffplan records for PA applications received ensuring all data is current, accurate and completeEnsure all data on applications received is current and accurate within Staffplan for the creation of conversion rate reports for PA recruitment activitySupport the Recruitment Manager in the monitoring of recruitment advertising effectiveness including ROIWork closely with other members of Resource team ensuring sharing of best practice; support and holiday cover The position reports to the Recruitment Manager and will involve working closely with the Live out Care Coordinators and the Care Service Team.
