An exciting opportunity has arisen for an on-site Resourcer based in the Portbury area of Bristol. The role is to support a seasonal need with the on-site operation at our client site. The client site is part of an established National Contract, providing temporary labour to meet the fluctuating needs of their driving and Industrial business. As an On-site Recruitment Coordinator / Resourcer, your duties will include: Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates Conducting telephone and face to face interviews Obtaining references and new starter information Manage all social media (facebook, twitter, linkedin) Reporting directly to the Contract Manager An ideal Recruitment Coordinator will hold the following skills: Previous experience in Industrial / Contract recruitment Excellent communication skills Customer service skills High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Flexible and adaptable approach to work Ability to work under pressure Excellent organisation and planning skills Excellent IT skills (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word) General working hours will be Monday to Friday 08.30am to 17.30. This role is full time, temporary until mid-January, with a possibility to extend thereafter.
