WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a 'Sourcing Consultant', you will work in our large, corporate offices, alongside 75 other Trainee's and Consultants and Managers. You will be given a mentor straight away and you will also attend our 3-day Induction programme that will teach you the Fundamentals in Recruitment and specifically Resourcing i.e. sourcing candidates for existing and new customers.
Key duties that you will be involved in are: producing adverts, sifting advert response and short-listing, screening candidates over the telephone, understanding job descriptions, searching the database, arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview and negotiating offers.
You will do this by dedicating your time to speaking to candidates on the telephone, gaining their interest, understanding their needs and then selling yourself and the services of JAM.
There will be targets to work to that will help you reach your goals and as you begin to place candidates into jobs, you will start to earn lots of commission in addition to your basic salary and work towards becoming a Senior Sourcing Consultant and then an Account Manager.
