Regional HR Advisor Circa 35,000 p/a + amazing benefits (including company car) Field based in Essex and North London Co-op Food is changing, fast. Now we're looking to recruit a talented Regional HR Advisor to join us, and work with our leaders to help deliver the change we need to make sure we stay ahead of the game. As a Regional HR Advisor at Co-op Food, you'll work across the full HR spectrum, and take a really hands-on role in helping our leaders to deliver their people processes. We'll look to you to manage a decent sized ER caseload, and support our HRBPs in managing vital trade union relationships. You'll also have an important role to play in driving behavioural change in the region by analysing HRMI to provide insight and recommendations to managers. What you'll do: Work with ops leaders to understand and influence their people strategiesHelp to create a high performance culture, spotting opportunities for improvementSupport managers to deliver a range of HR processesHandle an ER caseload and identify ways to influence behaviour & impact ER workloadsEducate colleagues on our HR shared services model To be successful as a Regional HR Advisor, you'll need to be resilient and adaptable, and ready to embrace change on a grand scale. You'll also be a self-starter with a tenacious, hands-on approach that's geared towards getting things done.
