Salary circa £30,000 plus Car Allowance

Fixed Term Contract - Full Time 37 Hours

Our client is the UK's leading dental corporate with over 500 practices across the UK. They have experienced consistent growth over the last 5 years and plan to maintain this growth as the major corporate in NHS Dentistry.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to cover the South East Region including Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Surrey.

In this pivotal role you will provide proactive and commercial employee relations advice and people development support to the regional team. Using your substantial HR experience you will guide and support managers with HR initiatives enabling the operations team to deliver business objectives.

Working closely with the regional team and practice managers you will identify business improvements and attend regional meetings to deliver your input. Undertaking regular visits to discover opportunities for corporate improvements you will become an integral part of the operations team. Other responsibilities include guiding area managers through complex ER issues as well as informing them with the on-going integration of the practices in the region. You will also work with the HR services team along with inputting into the creation of the HR plan.

The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive and customer focussed with the self-motivation needed to add value. A team player, you will possess a solid HR generalist background with substantial experience in a HR Advisor role with multi site experience. Commercially focussed you will need to be CIPD qualified (part qualified will also be considered).

With excellent relationship building skills, you will be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise and influence people at all levels. The varied nature of the role requires organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure and to deadlines. A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is required.
