Annapurna HR are working in partnership with a leading brand to recruit a Regional HR Advisor to support important client groups within the business. The business although currently traditional are making a move towards a forward thinking culture with great growth plans or the business.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a HR Advisor, covering all remits within HR, including Learning and development, Employee Relations and Recruitment.
You must have experience in covering multiple sites and supporting the business in implementing projects. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to work with and challenge senior stakeholders who are based remotely.
Your time will be split between sites around Scotland, North East and North West England.
My clients are growing significantly and this role will offer the right candidate the ability to implement and drive significant change within a nationally recognised and market leading business.
This role requires travel to the Midlands and sites in Luton.
