Description

My client, successfully operating in the Healthcare Sector is looking to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner to support its business goal of achieving organic growth, through acquisition and consolidation with the aim of maximising their impact on the Health Economy. The role of the HR function is to add value by putting into place the right processes for the complete HR Cycle to help achieve the business goals.

This role will suit someone with operational HR management experience as it is largely operational but will require some level of strategic input and the successful person will have responsibility for helping to define and implement the people strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

·Work in partnership with Regional Business Managers to provide professional client focused HR advice, coaching and business solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and major change programmes.

·Develop workforce plans that support local, organisational and national strategy and agenda.

·Support the development, integration and implementation of corporate HR policy and practice.

·To be the Regional HR Lead on all activities related to new bids or acquisitions

·Change programmes: lead and project manage key HR initiatives

·Analyse workforce information and productivity measures and work with Regional Business Manager's to develop strategies and plans to ensure that the workforce supports current and future performance targets.


The ideal candidate will have had operational HR experience and be used to working closely with senior decision makers. Commercially oriented with a proven track record in the translation of HR in a business focused environment is a must as is: excellent working knowledge of Employment Legislation; a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of TUPE and Redundancy Legislations; experience of workforce analysis and benchmarking and a track record in leading the workforce aspects of major change programmes.

Experience of working within the Private Healthcare Providers / NHS will be an advantage.
