Description

As the regional HR Business Partner for a growing and commercial organisation within the healthcare industry, you will have the opportunity to work across London in various locations managing your client group and therefore you must be willing to travel. You will be responsible for providing HR Advice on issues including employee relations, change management and HR policies and procedures. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall business strategy as well as assist in the development of the organisations HR Policies.

Key Accountabilities:

· Provide first line guidance and advice regarding any queries that Line Managers and Employees may have surrounding HR policies and procedures
· Provide training and coaching to business managers with regards to HR Policy and procedures, educating them on best practice.
· You will be the Regional HR lead on any new bids the business may acquire so you will be expected to review the situation from a due diligence perspective.
· Proven background in leading the TUPE process and other associated transitional activities.
· To lead and project manage key HR initiative and change programmes.
· Provide guidance and advice in relation to performance management issues.
· Collate and analyse workforce data that can improve overall performance
· You will be expected to travel to the organisations head office once a month to discuss upcoming strategies and your regions development.

You should be degree qualified or equivalent and ideally be a qualified CIPD member or equivalent. It is essential that you have an in depth knowledge of UK labour laws and proven background in employee relations.
