HR Business Partner - £35,000 - £40,000 + company car/allowance + bonus.

A UK wide high street retailer is looking for HR Business Partners to join a rapidly growing business.

You will be responsible for employee development through coaching and training, employee relations issues, resourcing needs and also reward. You will have experience in a retail organisation and proven ability to establish effective relationships in a very short space of time. You will also have strong commercial acumen and be very customer focused. The two roles are based across the UK in specific regions.
