An opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Business Partner based in Birmingham, for our market leading client on a permanent basis, 38k - 50k per annum plus car. Regional HR Business Partner: As the Regional HR Business Partner in this market leading organisation you will work as part of a wider network of HR Business Partners, ensuring that the HR Strategy is delivered in line with the organisations business strategy. As the Regional HR Business Partner you will hold both operational and strategic duties which will include but will not be limited to: Leading and implanting the HR strategyResolving escalated ER matters within the regionCollect, analyse and measure HR data to spot trends riskSupport and coach managers to enable on ER mattersLiaise with stakeholders to ensure best practice is followed About you: As the Regional HR Business Partner in this fast paced organisation you will take a collaborate approach to your day to day and HR related projects. You will have the ability in influence and coach stakeholders, and identify areas where support firm HR is needed in order for the business to meet its strategic objectives. You will also posses: Up to date and accurate employment law knowledgeThe ability to prioritise and manage your own workload effectivelyExperience of working within a commercially focused businessExperience working in a changing environment, successfully completing HR related projects About the Organisation: This is a fast paced, organisation that has recently completed the first part of its new business and HR strategy.
