Resident Engagement Strategy Specialist - Performance & Improvement

About the Position...
- You will be responsible for overseeing The Hyde Group's regulatory compliance in relation to resident involvement by initiating, reviewing, monitoring and improving systems, processes and procedures to measure the impact of resident engagement and ensure value for money is being achieved.
- You will oversee and monitor that resident engagement opportunities are fair, accessible and The Hyde Group's performance is comparable to other registered housing providers.
- You will take the lead on resident engagement best practice research and sector benchmarking ensuring that The Hyde Group's managers and committees receive accurate and timely resident engagement performance information.
About you...
You will have a full understading of the housing sector, with the ability to write policies. You will have a strong understanding of performance management, impact assessments and KPI's. You must have the ability to build strong relationships, and network with a range of stakeholders. You will have strong communication skills and be confident conducting presentations.
