You will be able to adapt quickly to business needs using a variety of recruitment tools, social networking, direct advertising and agency supply to source the best Candidates for the business. You will be responsible for taking the brief from the recruiting line manager and taking the vacancy to market including filtering advertised responses through to candidate shortlist; you will also be required to sit in on first line interviews, providing recruitment advise to the business where required.
Compliance and attention to detail is a huge part of this role, due to AWR regulations and stringent policies and guidelines surrounding the employment of a temporary workforce you must be able to deal with paperwork and records for each candidate. Reporting internally using MI and KPI reporting weekly and monthly.
You will be responsible for recruiting everything from a lorry driver through to Asset Managers, blue collar through to senior operational therefore you must be able to adapt to each individual requirement accordingly. People skills and strong communication skills are essential.
A professional services environment with multi-sites throughout the East of England. Occasional travel required however some flexibility for home working one day a week considered.
