The role:

This is a permanent, full time vacancy based at our Canterbury branch. Successful candidates will work alongside and report directly to the Recruitment Team Leader and Care Team.

The Resourcer holds the responsibility for sourcing associates that meet the company's expectations. Collecting and processing compliance documents, and ensuring that associates are recruited in accordance with Company Quality policies.

Duties include the following:

Regular candidate generation through: CV Searching, Headhunting, IQX database cleansing, recommendations, Job Board advertising, application management and referrals.
Uphold a constant pipeline of new, care-package specific, quality candidates.
Maintain a proactive approach, ensuring that all opportunities are explored.
Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates.
Assist with company campaigns and exhibitions.
Respond to all applications within a timely manner.
Conduct pre-screen phone calls with candidates to determine suitability.
Plan, organise and deliver recruitment days.
Conduct face-to-face interviews, either on or off site, during arranged interview days.
Compiling documentation to ensure all new workers are fully compliant with company standards and procedures.

About you:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working within a recruitment environment. Experience within the healthcare sector is preferred, but not essential. Candidates must also posses a driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude, with the integrity to not only achieve, but exceed targets. Committed to the objectives of the company, a successful candidate must understand the importance of ensuring the quality of our service is reflected in the staff that we recruit
