The role:
This is a permanent, full time, Monday to Friday vacancy based at our Essex branch. Successful candidates will need to share the vision of finding compassionate, skilled staff to deliver care of the highest standard.
The Resourcer is responsible for the consistent delivery of exceptional care staff candidates. Duties to Include;
. Consistent candidate Generation through: CV Searching, Headhunting, IQX Database cleansing, Recommendations, Job Board advertising, application management and referrals
. Maintain a constant pipeline of new, care package specific, quality candidates.
. Maintain a proactive approach, ensuring all opportunities are investigated.
. Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new associates.
. Assist with company campaigns and exhibitions when required.
. Respond to all applications to adverts in a timely manner.
. Pre screening of associates to determine suitability to work.
. Face to face interviewing, either on or off site, during arranged interview days.
. Compiling documentation to ensure all new workers are fully compliant with company standards and procedures.

About you:
You must have at least 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector. Experience within healthcare is desired, but not essential. A proactive, self-motivating attitude is essential, with the integrity to not only achieve but exceed targets. Successful candidates will understand the importance of ensuring the quality of our service is reflected in the staff we recruit
