This is a permanent, full time, Monday to Friday vacancy based at our Manchester branch. Successful candidates will need to share our vision of finding compassionate, skilled staff to deliver care of the highest quality.
The Resourcer is responsible for the consistent delivery of exceptional care staff. They will work with and report directly to the Recruitment Manager and Care Team within our branch to achieve the following:
. Consistent candidate Generation through: CV Searching, Headhunting, IQX Database cleansing, Recommendations, Job Board advertising, application management and referrals
. Maintain a constant pipeline of new, care package specific, quality candidates
. Maintain a proactive approach, ensuring all opportunities are investigated
. Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates
. Assist with company campaigns and exhibitions when required
. Respond to all applications to adverts in a timely manner
. Pre-screening of candidates to determine suitability
. Organisation and delivery of recruitment days
. Face to face interviewing, either on or off site, during arranged interview days
. Compiling documentation to ensure all new workers are fully compliant with company standards and procedures

You must have at least 1 year of experience within the recruitment sector. Experience within the healthcare sector is desired but not essential. A successful candidate must also hold a proactive and self-motivating attitude, with the ambition to not only achieve but to also exceed targets.
Successful candidates will understand the importance of ensuring the quality of our service is reflected in the staff we recruit
