The role:

This is a permanent, full time vacancy based at our Reading branch. Successful candidates will work independently, reporting to the Registered Manager.

The Resourcer holds the responsibility for sourcing associates that meet the company's expectations. Collecting and processing compliance documents, and ensuring that associates are recruited in accordance with Company Quality policies.

Duties include the following:

A consistent level of candidate generation through: CV Searching, Headhunting, IQX database cleansing, recommendations, Job Board advertising, application management and referrals.
Uphold a constant pipeline of new, care-package specific, quality candidates.
Maintain a proactive approach, ensuring that all opportunities are explored.
Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates.
Assist with company campaigns and exhibitions.
Respond to all applications within a timely manner.
Conduct pre-screen phone calls with candidates to determine suitability.
Plan, organise and deliver recruitment days.
Conduct face-to-face interviews, either on or off site, during arranged interview days.
Compiling documentation to ensure all new workers are fully compliant with company standards and procedures.

About you:

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working within recruitment. Experience within the healthcare sector is also desired, but not essential. Candidates must hold an ambitious, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude with the aim to not only achieve, but exceed targets. Candidates must also have the ability and confidence to work independently.
